  September 1, 2021 - Opened for 1.5 hours. Color is pretty light ruby. On the nose: Tart cherry, strawberry , cola and some serious funk. On the palate: Tart cherry, strawberry and some forest floor. Very enjoyable and love the 12.5% alcohol. Quite Burgundian.
