  September 3, 2021 - Lite straw colored, nose is outstandingly inviting with a French vanilla & yeast. Delicate creamy mousse, with Granny Smith apple and ripe D'anjou pear flavors. This wine has a medium lite acidity and is well balanced. Long lingering minerally finish. Should improve with more cellar time, but very nice now! Enjoyed with Ossetra, Creme fresh and homemade buck wheat blinis. Like most wine, improving with oxygen. Could be 96-97 in time.
