  August 28, 2021 - I don’t think I opened early enough before pouring. Still a little CO2 in the glass. It mostly blew off by the last slip, but I found it distracting.
  Still pretty bright cheery, with a little earthiness mixed in. I thought it was good but it really needed to be open a few hours or given a good decant. Will be interested in how the second bottle does with proper decant.

  I found something a little odd, or off, or different, that wasn't necessarily bad, but different. Almost like an effervescence. Is that what your are describing?
