  N - pronounced, developing; blackberry, blueberry, red cherry, toast, char, earth, forest floor.
  P - dry, high acid, med (+) tannin, high EtOH, full body, med (+) flavor int, long finish; see nose.
  C - outstanding, can drink now but may improve with age.
