September 6, 2021 - Decanted and served over a two hour period. The tannins and acidity were very well integrated. Essence of black peppercorns, ripe figs, mo ha and pencil shavings. Wonderful mouthfeel and finish. Layers of bing cherries, mocha, figs and licorice.
