  September 5, 2021 - Five years since my previous bottle of this wine. Forward dark fruit with touch of wood and mineral notes. First taste the wine appeared on the tannic side but very quickly put on weight and gained balance. Bright dark red almost blue fruit with mineral notes on the palate; very structured. The wine kept improving to the last drop over three hours. Very enjoyable now but better in another 3 to 5 years.
