  September 10, 2021 - Nose: floral with cherry-fruit. Taste: cherry-fruit, maybe with a bit of raspberry or strawberry. Also the quite prominent floral note of the nose, and wit a bit of an anise-like note. Good acidity. All well balanced. Just a very little bit of noticeable tannins. At later days also with paprika in the nose and liquorice in the taste. This wine has not entered its drinking window lang ago, might well be drunk now, but might also gain some quality with ageing (one, two years?). 88.
