    June 25, 2021 - Purchase @ Costco. 12.5% abv - $14.
Blend: 50% Sangiovese; 50% Prugnolo Gentile

First encountered at a Restaurant (2019 vintage), subsequently found @ Costco. Served several times, most recently with Stuffed Salmon and Basmati Rice with Caprese Salad.

Somewhat 'orange-ish' color in the glass with some 'zip' on the front. Wine was aromatic, crisp, properly acidic and refreshing. As with the 2019 vintage, there is not much left to say after 35 other reviews for the 2020 vintage. Delicious!

Always on the search for Good Rosés, this wine is among the best Rosés I have encountered. A legitimate 90 point contender. Spouse and Daughter Endorsed, I'll buy more.

9/14/21, 11:52 AM - Thanks for the kind words, Doug! Too bad that all Costco's don't all carry the same wines. I was surprised to find La Spinetta @ the Novato, CA Costco especially just after trying it @ a Restoration Hardware restaurant. Costco's do carry a good, and diverse selection of quality wines, but once they are out, they typically don't restock; replacing it with another (quality) producer. So if you buy say, La Spinetta every year, you can't count on finding it at Costco.
