September 19, 2021 - Golden. Lemon citrus and light saline nose. On the palate - Preserved lemon. Pink grapefruit. Bees-Waxy quality. Very long and focussed. Freshness. Saline. Restrained. Medium mouthfeel. Very nicely structured indeed. Love it. Still could do with some time I think.
