  September 19, 2021 - Fruit-shy and aromatically reserved at first, savoury/peppery/earthy character reminds me more of Syrah. Really blooms with air, taking on leafy/floral notes with red berry fruit – the richness and sweetness of the fruit hinting at the solar vintage. Not lacking in acidity though. Even better on day two with lovely floral/berry patch/turned-over soil aromatics wafting everywhere. A superb effort.
