Community Tasting Note

  • Big Juicy Red Likes this wine:

September 20, 2021 - Nose: toast, and something woodsy

Taste: toasted oak, dry mushroom and earth. Very little fruit, low (but still firm) tannins, moderate plus alcohol. Nice, but still very young. It needs to soften and relax some, and hopefully show a little more fruit before I’d call it excellent, but the potential is there.

9/23/21, 9:17 AM - Thanks, I've read that distributor note. Do you have any sense of how this is likely to evolve over time?

9/23/21, 12:35 PM - YVW, BJR, & while I can't comment personally as to how it will evolve, you might want to check out the full WS review on several of the vendor sites that you can currently access via the red Wine-Searcher button to the right. 😉 [The U.S. Importer's site unfortunately truncates the review.]

Hoping the WS's info is helpful! 🙂
