  September 24, 2021 - I was worried when I pushed the cork through with an ah-so (hadn't used one in a while). But bottle is fine. So delicious, these get better and better. Racey animal, cola nut, umami af. Delicate oak frame, mouthwatering acids and innocuous but sufficient tannic base. Hints of rose and orange blossom after a bit of air. That fresh grape quality that reminds you of when you first started getting a bit drinky on nice wine. A country wine to impress city folk.
