  September 26, 2021 - I don’t know whether it’s time or bottle variation, or something else, but this bottle was completely different than the last one I had about 6 months ago. The Syrah is now dominant, and the carbonic maceration only faintly evident. It’s now much darker and heavier than it was back in March, and I have to say I don’t like it as much now. The lightness, elegance, and fun are gone; replaced by something much heavier, darker, and not as interesting (IMHO).
