  October 2, 2021 - Golden straw in color gives away it's young age.
  There was definite botrytis in the nose, and a hint of matchstick.
  In the mouth, it was sweet and spicy.
  I pick up apricot, and orange marmalade in it's fruit profile.
  It finishes a little short to medium in length with a touch of alcohol heat.
  It leaned the scale towards sweetness and lacks the acidity it would need to be better balanced.
  Quite nice for the price.
