  October 2, 2021 - Darker and more brooding than La Colombiere from the same adress this shows notes of dark cherry, strawberry, blueberry, sloan and lingonberry. Also bay leaf, white clay and smoke. On the palate high acidity and a good amount of powdery tannins. Finishes with slightly brighter berries and some vosne spice. Needs more time but great stuff!
