  October 8, 2021 - 60 years of Chateau Palmer (Torali): First wine of the Chateau Palmer vertical. Captivating nose fully on tertiary notes and a slight "Bordeaux funk". Floral, mushroom, forest floor, everything you'd want from an old Bordeaux, on steroids. The palate felt a tad short however, short in length but also in aromas after this fantastic nose. Still a stunner full of energy after 62 years!
