  October 10, 2021 - My 3rd bottle from a direct purchase ex-chateau. Slight pressure in release. A deeper golden orangy hue than a remember. Good effervescence which held up through out the bottle. As expected the nose is very unctuous with rich orange, marmalade, honey notes, almond paste. Palate continues along the same path with hints of old minerals and sea shells. Amazing complexity and still showing structure.
