  October 8, 2021 - 60 years of Chateau Palmer (Torali): In a night of outstanding wines, this showed a lot of potential. Coming after a 1961, this clearly displayed its youth and power and, at 32 years of age, seemed like it was just starting to develop secondary aromas. Amazing texture, as other Chateau Palmer that night. I'd love to taste this wine in 30 years; I think this wine still is a baby and could become the next 1961.
