  October 16, 2021 - Bright tart cherry red fruit, some smoke, tar and anise, tannins are def pronounced; demands red meat or food. But my guess is this is in a good spot- fruit isn’t going to get better; tannins are strong but to wait longer for the tannins to soften, the fruit will diminish. Balanced and enjoyable.
