  October 21, 2021 - Deep, dark garnet. Needs time to open up, but cedary notes blend with dark berries and herbs in the nose. Alcohol levels evident, with rich dark fruit spices, subtle herbal notes. Impressive wine, but can age for quite a few more years to hit prime IMO.
