  October 22, 2021 - Wehlener is always so good. Trippy how this wine showed a clearly light yellow compared to the two deep yellow Graachers. This was the most complete of the '03s on the table. The most balanced and probably my favorite for drinking right now. Terrific cut and energy. Minerality. Less overt '03 richness. Still unfolding. .Good wine.

  10/23/21, 7:44 PM - Jeez man, I was about to put down my own garbled notes from dinner, but you already nailed it (as usual). Excellent notes. I liked all three of the 03' Auslesen, but felt they were all wanting more acid.
