  In nose red fruit, jam, plum, cassis, hints of vanilla, wood and earth.
  In mouth sour cherry, plum, red cassis, chocolate, vanilla, cedar, hints of smoke, coffee and clay.
  Medium plus body and acidity, medium low tannis.
