  October 30, 2021 - WOTN at Taurasi
  delicious on the palate and some silkiness as this has settled down nicely over the years without losing it's exuberance
  As most orange wines go this would be a better pairing with artichokes and asparagus but went pretty darn well with the grilled octopus, burrata and bruschetta
