  October 31, 2021 - {Bought on release, perfect fill; tasted with JL, BA and AM} Gloriously pretty nose, garrigue, delicious flavor set with excellent integration from foreplate, midpalate, and finish. Words like "discrete," "plush," and "elegant" come to mind. Very sophisticated wine and easily equals many limited (special selection) cuvee Chateauneuf-du-Papes. Not even remotely alcoholic, indeed in the very ripe 2007 year this is elegant, sophisticated, fresh, and beautifully balanced. Kudos to Vieux Donjon where they make one red and one white wine and have old vines.
