  November 2, 2021 - This has blossomed since last year. What a mouthful of raspberry cultivars with a bit of orchard fruit. The intensity is striking.
  After several vintages, I’ve decided, I like Carlisle less mature. The alcohol is more behaved when engulfed in youthful exuberance. It’s pretty well mannered for such a hedonistic wine. Really enjoyed it tonight. 2 of 3

  11/3/21, 3:55 AM - Agree completely. I always felt that many of the Carlisle reds drink best 3-5 years from vintage date.
