  November 6, 2021 - Night one: almost raspberry cordial to start, sweet, then molasses and savouriness and spice. Disjointed. A bit hot. I was around 87 on it. Night two: second half of bottle has settled down considerably. Some confectionary but more about the molasses and savouriness and spice. Better balanced, pleasing grip, and enough length. 89
