  November 6, 2021 - Medium gold in the glass. Very fine bead. Bright in the glass.
  
  On the nose - lemons, apples nuts, minerals, cream, caramel and yeast. Feels harmonious and together.
  
  On the palate rich, sweet and sour notes, apples, lemons, limes and breads all wrapped in a nice mousse. Good mouthfeel - still has plenty of structure suggesting it will go on developing in the bottle
