    October 28, 2021 - Tasted alongside L‘Eglise Clinet 2003 and Pape Clement 2011.
Decanted for 2 hours. Evolved extremely over time in the glass and decanter.
At the beginning there were red, yet ripe fruits on the nose, red currants and cherries. in the background sensible tertiary aromas such as leather and licorice. also some „farm“ aromas present, but not dominant at all. Very pleasant to drink. I would say the wine is in a great spot right now, very much entered the drinking window.
On the palate high acidity, creamy, nice drinkflow, you can sense that this is a high quality wine, everything works together nicely. precise, light-footed, fresh, yet grippy. complex and long. Good value for the price. Was better and more round compared to the Eglise Clinet 2003 and Pape Clement 2011. Buy.

11/9/21, 4:45 AM - I agree completely....one of my fav BX '03s. With 5-6 hours of air, the last of the 'farm' leaves, too.
