  November 9, 2021 - This is always a great wine and while the ‘05 rendition is very much firm and for the long haul, this shows some really nice character of sous bois-infused dark fruit with leather, graphite-type minerality and dried herbs both on the nose and palate. Very regal but elegant. Wish I had more bottles to taste. Thank you, Mike, for the opportunity to taste this! Approaching Grand Cru showing for me.
