  November 5, 2021 - This year's new release! need time! it's too young to drink now.
  pear, white flower, mineral, very fresh, smooth, high acidity, not deep and broad.
  after two hrs bottle aeration, it started to open. intense aroma but palate is still close to me.
  This bottle has aging potential for at least 10-20 more years.
  Drinking with Dom 96 rose, this bottle is much more fresh and bubble since its new release.
