  November 18, 2021 - Really nice bottle. Was not impressed on day one as it only showed a heavy fruit profile making it taste almost sweet. Left it in an open decanter until day two and wow what a difference. Some plum and blackberries. Some smoke and black pepper. Medium body. Medium acidity. Medium tannins. Medium plus finish. A little thin on the palate.
