  November 22, 2021 - First vintage from a half hectare large plot above the Violette plot, with fairly young vines harvested for low yields. Resin in nose, along with eucalyptus, black fruit, barrique, coriander, estragon and thymian. Elegant cherry drop palate with mint, cranberry, and a little cassis. Ending tapers with pepper, pimento and alot of stone. Very elegant and ethereal with lots of slender fruit. End impression is of Pinot lightness and elegance but with volcanic minerals and tart salty red fruits. Very nice.
