  November 20, 2021 - Decanted. Two hours in it was all fruit - red berries to deeper, richer blackberry and plum notes. Still tight but three hours later it was singing. The fruit gave way and the wine was much softer and floral, adding cocoa and spice notes. Just as good on night two. Our first of three.
