  November 24, 2021 - Absolutely ripping Riesling, so full of energy but with such precision and focus. Drank over 3 nights, it improved each day, slowly softened and fleshed out a little. Has ripe citrus flavours but also quite floral, raw almonds, slatey minerals and a slightly rounded finish. Acid still a driving force but is gradually becoming less prominent. Expect this will live for a very long time and no need to dive into these just yet. I would suggest holding for a few years if you like your rieslings with the edge off a little.
