  November 25, 2021 - Vigorous bubbles. Obviously young and somewhat tight.
  
  Fairly reticent nose, mostly brioche some light fruit, maybe peach?
  
  Brioche up front, raspberry in the mid palate, then a peppery ginger note and pear on the finish. Medium acidity, but still on the leaner side.
  
  Decent value relative to champagne at $45
