  November 26, 2021 - Insane nose and explosive palate. After some time calms down and would like to sit with a bottle rather than the glass or so we had at lunch.It’s a little nuts but I liked it.

  11/26/21, 7:51 AM - Interesting thought. Can very much be drunk now and will evolve over hours but holding will not do anything to hurt it.
  I’m slightly torn between opening the full bottle I have to enjoy or leave for a while.
