  November 26, 2021 - Medium ruby color
  Medium aromas of red fruit/ green herbs and bell pepper with significant dry rock minerality - very nice
  Medium bodied with palate of cherry/ mint/ green herbs over a mineral backbone
  Medium tannins and medium plus acidity and medium alcohol
  Very well balanced - Nothing really special here but a well made wine that drinks well with or without food - Drink now or hold
