  February 13, 2009 - Medium garnet-purple in glass. Generous nose of forest floor funk, black currant, spice, and blackberry. Very smooth on the palate with black cherry, spice, black currant, and licorice on the nice smooth finish. Very straight forward with well balanced new world fruit and acidity. A very nice grenache for the price. Will buy again (solid B).
