  December 4, 2021 - 12% - Clear, deep sockeye salmon / clean, med intensity - morello cherry, cranberries, pomegranate, dried thym / dry, med refreshing acidity, light tannin, med body, med to pronounced intensity with med length. Quite structured rosé that paired well with salmon burgers.
