  December 9, 2021 - Unbelievably dark in color, it looks like a syrah.
  Nice aromatics, dark fruit and some herb.
  In the mouth, it’s a black licorice bomb!
  The acidity comes through with some aeration, and the tannins cling on to the side of my tongue and cheeks.
  The finish goes on and and just lingers until the next taste. Love it!
