  December 10, 2021 - Served at cellar temperature, popped and poured. Very unique. Fresh, bright nose of berries and purple fruits. On the palate this is super intense, smooth, fresh and packed with blueberries with a subtle but strong peppery undertow. Drinking exceptionally well now, right off the truck. No clue how this will develop but it was another ‘lightbulb’ Bedrock moment.
