  December 12, 2021 - Last puppy, was a little skeptical when I pulled it and the cork was soft. Used the Ah-so and it came out clean but probably would have broken. Pretty much pnp’d it initially was closed down but it didn’t take long for the primary fruit to appear with with secondary and some tertiary notes staying in the background. Tannins are mostly resolved but there is some grip there. Definitely a big wine on the first night, definitely needs some food. The second night is much easier to sip on its own. My favorite pairing is chocolate with this wine. I think this has quite a few more years ahead of it. Great stuff!
