  December 12, 2021 - Deep, dark, dense Syrah. Nose of rich black olive, blood and tar but with a solid mineral core. Much more accessible on the palate, some smoothness but still an incredible amount of structure with dark black fruits. Good match with a rich liver dish and lots of life left.
