  December 12, 2021 - Opened for 2 hours before the first glass. This came screaming out of the bottle. Super bright red raspberry and blackberries with tons of acidity.
  
  After another couple of hours this really settled down nicely. The wine settled into a really nice balance with red and black berries, orange peal, concrete, green olive.
  
  Beatiful texture and weight. In a good place but still really needs time to open.
