  December 11, 2021 - Very good nature Gevrey Chambertin - red and dark dried fruit, liquorice, spice, sous-bois, smoke. High acidity, medium fine tannins, medium+ finish. Drinking well now and unlikely to evolve significantly, but will hold for another 5 years or so.
