  December 18, 2021 - Not the most extravagant nose, but ample enough: pencil shavings, creme de cassis, baking spices and some red fruit hints. A medium weight body revealed amazing refinement and finesse and an oh-so smooth palate and finish. Still some grip present in the silky tannins - went great with a tender, medium-rare filet mignon...
