  February 14, 2009 - Valentine's Day seemed like a good time to try a decent white burgundy with crab dinner. Golden yellow in the glass with a nose of lime and tropical fruit, this wine was very lean for a Chardonnay with racey acidity and a palate dominated by lime, pineapple and tropical fruits with meadow flower and mineral notes. Quite tasty.
