  December 24, 2021 - Pale gold. Nice nose, dominated by honey notes. Good acidity, pear and citrus fruits, even towards the grapefruit end. Had two bottles, pretty consistent. Drinking great, should be fine in five years. (None of the premox others seem to have experienced, fortunately.)
