  December 25, 2021 - "The 2017 Sola Provus Cabernet Sauvignon is a sultry wine that opens with notes of crushed blackberries, black cherries, cassis, mushrooms, baked earth, and Christmas spices.  The wine’s complexity expands onto the palate with fudge brownies, savory spices, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The finish is long and layered, slowly drifting from one flavor to the next until you’re ready for another sip.”
