  December 26, 2021 - Had over two days. Better day two, more relaxed with less noticeable oak. A forest air, evaporated rain like nose with some floral, faintly grassy tones behind the red, occasionally blue fruit. A ruby jewel in the mouth with multidimensional berry fruit and an almost cushioned or pillowy velvet texture. A nice pine resin nuance on the finish.
